We partnered with The Bowery Mission to support day-to-day communications work that needed to move quickly and still feel considered. The goal was simple: make every public-facing touchpoint reflect the dignity, credibility, and care behind the work.
In practice, we applied those standards across a steady stream of deliverables. We edited and refined short-form social videos and posts, shaping concise narratives that stayed human and grounded.
We also designed a new impact report for donors. Layout, hierarchy, and visual systems were built to make the impressive metrics legible at a glance, while still holding nuance for the people they repesented.
Alongside that, we wrote and refined copy across multiple materials, aligning language choices with person-first, ethical storytelling. The result was work that reads cleanly, looks cohesive, and helps the organization communicate with precision without compromising care.
